Responsibilities:
To implement maintenance procedure for the building and facilities and also to ensure the facilities is in good working condition.
To attend to residents’ complaint promptly and maintain record on all complaints attended and to ensure the collection of service/maintenance charges is carried out effectively.
To carry out regular inspection to the building and its facilities to ascertain any defects that need immediate attention and to submit monthly inspection report to the superior.
To obtain approval from the superior before proceeding with purchase of goods or service from contractors and assisting the superior on the planning and implementation of the new phase.
To ensure that the security guards are carrying out their daily routine and oversee the work carried out by maintenance staff and appointed contractor and to ensure that the works are carried out satisfactory.

Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field with 2-3 years of working experience preferably in property management or building maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills as well as able to work independently
