~Property Rental Manager~
(Sabah - Based in Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:
~ Responsible to source for potential tenants, potential units available for rent, rental collection and the maintenance of rental units and/or units under the care of the the rental department.
~ Responsible to manage all rental issues.
~ To ensure that the property rental targets are achieves.
~ Prepare and monitor budget for rental.
~ Plan,Organize and Lead the department to achieve BOD's mission and vision.
~ Ensures that all activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
~ Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

Requirements:
~ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Property Maintenance /Building Maintenance or its equivalent.
~ Minimum 5 years working experience in property / building management,maintenance/or rental.
~ Good PR and customer management skill, capable of dealing with contractors, tenants and owners.
~ Self-motivated, able to work independently, positive, proactive and able to prioritize task.
~ Able to supervise the team of property rental staff. Exposure to rental management an prerequisite.
~ Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
