A.C Property Development Sdn Bhd (Company No. 98843-K) was incorporated on 18th March 1983 under the name of Mapesat Sdn Bhd. The company changed its name to the present one on 7th July 1993.

Its primary function covers a wide range of property development construction related activities in building commercial and complexes.

*Interior Designer*
(Asia City, Kota Kinabalu)

Job descriptions:
Expected to conceptualize, present, develop, supervise & implement design;
To produce conceptual design and construction drawings;
To coordinate design work with in-house project management team.

Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
Proficiency in Freehand Sketching, AutoCad, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant software are an added advantage.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in leading a team of Interior Designers.
Able to work independently and self motivated.
Pleasant, diligent and able to perform multi task
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Able to start work immediately.
