Invites suitably qualified candidates to fill in the following opportunity which your responsibility are To oversee the functions of the Kitchen, Purchasing, Presentation and quality of food; hiring, training, and development associates. Financial status and pleasing guests by producing the best food with proper culinary skills. Overall responsibilities for the entire organization of the Kitchen and all procedures regarding productions and manufacturers of food as well as hygiene, training & quality control, and also to maintain company policies & procedures.

Job requirements:
# Able to write and speak in English & Malay.
# Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary & above.
# Full time position.
# Have a recognized culinary qualifications, trained & skilled.
# Minimum 5 years of working experience in.
# Proves success in Menu Planning, Food Costing, Budget & HACCP.
# Responsible, great organization skills, strong leadership and positive attitudes.
