A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of KUB Malaysia Berhad currently has over 36 restaurants all over Malaysia and will continue to expand its chain of restaurants to serve our loyal and ever growing customers.
In view of new outlets opening starting January 2010 in Kota Kinabalu and other district in Sabah, we now invite dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to apply for following restaurant positions:

1. Restaurant Managers
2. Assistant Restaurant Managers

Job descriptions:
Assist in managing the operations of A & W Restaurant, supervising and training restaurant crews as well as promoting A & W brands to the customer. You will also be responsible for maximising sales and profits by implementing our good business practises and strategies on total customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:
* For Restaurant management positions, candidates should possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage/Food Service / Restaurant Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
* Those without diploma qualification but have served more than 3 years in similar industry, are encouraged to apply
* Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food and beverage industry. Those who has exposure in QSR environment will have an added advantage.
* Ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu and English.
* Pleasant, outgoing personality with good communication skills, good people handling and problem solving skills.
* Result and customer service oriented
* Able to work on shifts and during weekends
* Preferably transferable to any A&W Outlets nationwide
