Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd is part of the Property Holding & Development Division of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad, a progressive and well-established public listed Company with diversified businesses in plantations, property investment and development, credit financing, automotive, trading, building materials and stone quarries. We have the following vacancy for highly motivated and dedicated achievers as :-

*Executive - Industrial Property*
(Tawau, Sabah)

Job Descriptions/ Requirements:
- Responsible for the management of the Group’s Industrial properties & maintenance works
- Negotiate with contractors on repair & maintenance costs and rental rates with tenants
- Responsible for the achievement of the Rental Department’s budget for Industrial properties
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Candidates with at least 1 year experience in real estate business and industrial practices will be an added advantage
- Pro-active, self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
- Excellent in strategic planning with good presentation skills
- Possess good analytical, organizational and interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities
