PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
(Sabah)

Responsibilities:
- Familiar with property transactions & process
- Able to liaise with lawyers, land officers & local authorities
- Ability to develop networks with contractors, land/property owners & estate agents
- Highly motivated, honest, pro-active & result oriented

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in property development, land & property acquisition
- Knowledgeable in the property values in Sabah
- Full-Time positions available
