Requirements:
- Responsible in managing a few kitchens within our various hotel properties.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity at international and
established hotel(s).
- Creative and Innovative in both food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent culinary skills in Local and International cuisines.
- Possesses strong leadership skills and team management with ability to plan as well as being hands on.
