Customer Service Officer*
(Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)

Job description/Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Coordinator or Officer
- To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to our customers as required.
- To process inquiries by phone, fax, email and personal visit in relation to company business.
- To maintain good relations with our customers.
- To maintain an efficient working environment.
- To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.

Job requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or above.
- A good standard of numeracy is required to ensure accuracy of quotation.
- Excellent polite and persuasive telephone manner.
- Enthusiastic, hard working, well-organised and able to priorities.
- Ability to work windows based office PC applications.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
